Make your workouts count!
Experience a workout like no
other- a great cardio workout as well as strength and
flexibility training. A great combination of Martial Arts and
aerobic exercise, a typical workout would include an effective
warm up followed with punching and kicking combination rounds.
The class is designed to increase strength and endurance as you
train. Each class will include ab and core work for a well
rounded workout.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 a.m.
Wednesday 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.
